Over the past decade, Talina Edwards Architecture has matured as a practice, gaining industry recognition as a leader in sustainable design.
Talina has successfully grown our tribe to 5 passionate and dedicated women in our Ballarat studio on Wadawurrung Country in VIC. We’re grateful to have designed and delivered many projects across Victoria with wonderful clients, collaborative-consultants and skilled builders who share our ethos. Everything we achieve is always a team-effort, with aligned values to reach our common goals.
And now it is time for our little practice to evolve.

We are very happy to announce our next chapter will be a merger with an established practice in NSW, uniting our teams to be stronger together. We believe that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and the synergy created by this partnership will lead to greater impact and better outcomes.
Talina Edwards will join Andy Marlow and Dick Clarke as directors of our new venture.
We will keep the name ‘Envirotecture’ because this embodies what we are passionate about creating: architecture that honours and respects the natural environment. We share a strong desire for all people to live, work and play in buildings that are healthier for people and planet.
Over the past 25 years, Envirotecture has built an extraordinary legacy as sustainability advocates, completing hundreds of projects, helping educate the industry, and winning many awards. Started by Dick Clarke as a one person office, it has grown and evolved, with Andy Marlow joining nearly 10 years ago, and a family of staff now numbering half a dozen.
The office sits in beautiful Garigal country on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, but projects have spanned the globe, from Africa to Malaysia and all states of Australia and New Zealand.
It is now time to look forward to the next 25 years together, with our expanding tribe…
